Session 3: Shabbat-sana! An Intro to Two Spiritual Practices

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Shabbat-sana = Shabbat + Shavasana. Shavasana is the final pose in a yoga practice, and much like Shabbat, is a time for relaxation, resting and deeply incorporating the practice on a cellular level. We would like to invite you to pause, reset and integrate our time at Rekindle through mindfulness meditation and the Hasidic practice of hitbodedut, or unscripted personal prayer. We’ll have a chance to integrate the ideas, conversations and experiences we’ve shared together.
